- Apply for death certificates
- Apply for Burial Permit
- Choose a charity for any donations to go to
- Choose a funeral home
- Decide on Burial or Cremation
- Select time and date for service
- Select Casket or Cremation container
- Choose where to bury and plot or Urn for cremation
- Choose Location & type of service, church or crematorium
- Decide on who in the family & when will visit to say final goodbyes
- Choose a Floral Arrangement whether that is a Casket Spray, a Cross for the Casket, a Posey, a heart, a cushion, a pillow, a spray or personalised tribute of a name or hobbies/interest. - Choose a loved photograph to be displayed
- Decide what the deceased will wear maybe a favourite colour, suit, dress or outfit
- Select which Hymns, Readings and Solo and who will do in the service
- Select Literature to be read, poems etc

- Family Limousine
- Pallbearer Limousine
- Flower Car ( Flowers can be delivered to the Funeral parlor or the house of family member by Olivia Brooke.)
- Choose Clergy or Officiator
- Select Pallbearers
- Choose Family member or & Friend to perform the Eulogy
- Select a memorial or grave marker and wording wanted on stone
- Compose and submit obituary
- Arrange location for wake, food, drink and Floral Arrangements for tables at venue as required.
